Data Entry Clerk

A Data Entry Clerk is required by a leading UK company which provides fully integrated records management services. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Data entry and Administration role involving the creation of file part numbers for documents and storage.
- It will also include the entering of file records onto the system for a specific client/project.
- The role will also involve moving boxes
Due to the sensitivity of the documents and items involved, a high level of care is required whilst working. The ability to work as part of a team or individually without direct supervision is also important. The ideal Data Entry Clerk will have a professional confident and friendly telephone manner. You will also have strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Due to the remote location of the company, it is essential that you have a full licence and your own transport.
The role is part time, School hours, and you will be required to work 9:00-15:00.
