Customer Service Advisor - Claims

Juice Cheltenham are delighted to be supporting a fantastic insurance company in their search for Customer Service Advisors to join their claims department. This is a crucial position, needing fantastic attention to detail and amazing customer service skills.
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers who are submitting new claims
- Dealing with existing customers claims and updating them on the progress
- Probing customers for in-depth information
- Taking accurate information and updating databases
- Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Previous customer service experience
- Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent) A-C
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
This is a fantastic opportunity, offering excellent benefits and a contemporary working environment. The working hours are Monday to Sunday between 07.00-23.00 - please note that you are only required to work 5 out 7 days and you will only be required to work 1 in 3 weekends. Your main working pattern will be between 08.00-18.00, you will only be required to work the later shifts on the odd occasion.
