Part Time Booking Coordinator & HR Assistant (27.5 hours) 7 Month FTC - Bury St Edmunds - £17,700 - £20,400

Well established organisation, based in Bury St Edmunds.
Your new role
This is a 7 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave working as a Booking Coordinator & HR Assistant, working as part of a 3 person team which forms part of the wider HR team. This job is based in new and open plan office space and duties will include:
- Liaising with managers and other staff responsible for processing temporary staff
- Collating and data processing information onto a bespoke database
- Ensuring all pre-employment checks have been completed
- Maintaining databases and personnel files
- Assist HR Advisors with HR admin and secretarial duties
- Answering incoming calls
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will ideally have had HR experience but will definitely require a minimum of 3 years office based admin experience as well as having excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up systems quickly.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be joining a collaborative and inclusive team environment and will receive a pro rata salary of between £17,700 and £20,400 (dependant on experience).
