Varied Permanent Administration Support Role.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing administration across different areas including IT support, HR Admin, GDPR projects and administration projects supporting the team. Working closely with the Finance Director and other management your role will be vital in ensuring that all administrative processes are completed to a high level in an efficient and timely manner. Roles will include; typing letters, managing electronic files, liaison with outsourced partners, compiling reports, managing new employee contracts, sickness reporting, holiday rota management. As this is a new role the tasks and responsibilities will evolve so this will be a varied and busy position.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you should have previous administration experience working in a role supporting different business areas. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple workloads and be driven to exceed expectations. You should be willing to learn and develop new skills and thrive on being busy. You should be well presented, well-spoken and confident.
What you'll get in return
You'll be offered a salary of up to £25,000 dependant on experience. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9-5pm. There is onsite parking or excellent transport links. Our client boasts an outstanding working environment and is a fantastic place to work. This is a permanent position.
