This is an opportunity to join the Investment Banking Capital Markets (IBCM) management team to partner closely and support the Program Manager for the Americas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support the execution of all IBCM specific initiatives related to the day to day issues and processes around junior banker programs
  • Coordinate activities in partnership with the Analyst & Associate committees in the Americas including networking events, training sessions, and mentoring programs
  • Track progress/updates on all program, morale, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Increase support for junior bankers in our Americas regional offices
  • Partnering with program manager on the execution and analysis of employee pulse surveys
  • Help to oversee intra IBCM mobility for Analysts and Associates
  • Provide support in planning and executing the Associate promote training program, and other large scale training sessions and programming
  • Manage banker participation tracking and the junior banker monthly newsletter

You Offer
· 2-4 years of experience ideally in a related Human Capital, Management, Human Resource or Chief of Staff field (financial industry preferred)
· Ability to partner closely with and support the Program Manager but also work independently, with effective follow-through on tasks and assignments
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, most notably the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the junior banker population
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail when planning and coordinating logistics for events, training sessions, meetings and programs
· Good judgment
· Strong problem-solving skills - must be proactive and resourceful
· Must have a professional demeanor at all times
· Strong technical skills - Word, Excel, Power Point
