What you'll be responsible for
Analysingand solving issues, reporting to your Property Management Manager to meet all Property Management duties whilst providing exquisite customer service and attaining your businessgoals. You will also work on delivering high-standards through effective time management, action planning and delivery of strategy.
Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will organise and manage your time and workload by overseeing and participating in all aspects of the property management process. This will include client liaising, organising inventories/check-ins with haart's industry leading technologies, deposits resolution, property visits, repairs, ensuring statute obligations are met, collection of rent, administration of new tenancies, as well astenancy extensions. Your role is vital to the business, aiding growth to ensure properties are managed correctly and are in line with our company objectives.

What you'll need
This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Property Management or Lettings. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and you are happy to tell us at your interview how you would deliver this passion to your team; you will also be conscientious, hard-working, drivenand results orientated and are able to embrace accountability andresponsibility. - Consistent track record within Property Management.
- Demonstrate that you are up to speed with current legislation
- Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence.
- Willingness to learn and develop your management skills
- You are a 'get things done' kind of person.
