We are currently recruiting for a large technology company who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time, temporary position, rolling until the end of March 2019.
Duties to be performed in the role will include:
- Managing the import and export process on behalf of key clients, handling customer returns, freight/carrier coordination, and monitoring despatch & delivery,
- Providing quotations for customer requests, completing shipping bookings and documentation,
- Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with relevant delivery dates, quotes, and invoice documents,
- Complete sales order processing for customer repairs/returns, including quotation, order entry, progressing, shipping and invoicing,
- Maintain good customer relationships via telephone, email, or in person
Previous Sales Administration or Sales Coordination experience is an absolute requirement for this role, as is some direct Customer Service experience.
