Housing Contact Centre Advisor

Morgan Hunt are currently working with an West London based Housing Association to recruit for a Social Housing Contact Centre Advisor.

This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and will be paying from £12.00 - £14.00ph, depending on experience.

Working hours
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm
- 10am to 6pm

Candidate Specification:

- MUST HAVE HOUSING & CONTACT CENTRE EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working within a Contact Centre/ Call Centre
- Previous experience of providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage a high workload effectively

Main Duties:

- Providing front line customer service in the Contact Centre
- Handling all generic Housing Management enquires
- Provide an excellent first point of contact for all residents
- Give helpful and timely advice and residents with all enquiries
