HR Business Partner

The role is being offered on a FTC for 12 months starting as soon as possible.
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager who has extensive generalist knowledge and skills.
The role will involve - leading on all aspects of workforce, providing and advice and guidance, developing workforce strategies, be involved in decision making around cost control improvement plans, skill mix reviews and financial initiatives.
Being part of the senior management team, you will work with autonomy and trust.
The ideal candidate will be MCIPD qualified with demonstrable experience in HR including workforce planning, absence management and staff engagement.
