Individual supports the Prime Brokerage business unit and their clients with dedicated, value add front to back transaction management services. These include trade file monitoring, exception remediation, engaging with internal partners to ensure trades are matched and ultimately settled. Evidences continuous process improvements, fosters relationships with clients and collaborates effectively across the organization. Contributes to work driver analysis by client and engages with leadership around efficiency and solution opportunities.
