We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to work in the busy call centre team of a company based just outside of Cambridge. You will provide a professional interface between the customer and the customer service department ensuring the total administration of the customer needs are satisfied. Working hours are 08:45 to 17:15 Monday to Friday.Responsibilities* Taking telephone calls from customers requesting service* Logging fault details onto a Service Management System (SMS) and despatching* Despatching service engineers to customer sites for repair and maintenance work.* Updating the status of all jobs of the SMS and providing updates to customers* Maintaining location records of engineers and escalating any technical or resource issues to Field Operations Managers* Timely production of monthly invoices for paid repair services* Production of typed quotations* Maintaining warranty details* Organisation of repairs of faulty equipment* Spares ordering and despatch.* Processing all associated paperwork and entering data from timesheets and visit reports onto the SMS* Co-ordination of out of hours standby rota* Project co-ordination of small projects, to ensure close out of assigned projects and provide the Finance team with the necessary detail of successfully invoicing at the earliest opportunity* Provide accurate monthly forecasting and updating of the forecast database* To complete all documents relating to the monthly Cost to Complete process in an accurate and timely manner* General office administrationRequirements * Sound geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom. * Keyboard literate with experience of MS Office suite* Good time management skills * Excellent command of English and Maths* Confident * Articulate * Strong team player* Self-motivated* An excellent telephone manner* Ability to deal with people at all levels* Good organisational skillsA customer facing, service or call centre background would be an advantage
