HR Change Support Advisor Job for a University in Central London
3 month Fixed Term Contract - candidates need to be available on no more than a one week notice period
Reporting to the Director of Change, you will be responsible for providing project management support on the change project by ensuring that the project milestones are appropriately tracked. This will include assisting Director's with the completion of job description templates for various roles affected by change. You will be responsible for dealing with responses to change consultation by filtering and managing the queries, updating and keeping track of the employees consultations and follow ups using spreadsheets.
In addition to this, you will manage applications for the voluntary severance scheme and provide advise to employees on their individual circumstances and how the change will affect their current role.
The Director is looking to recruit a HR professional with an understanding of the various elements involved in a change process. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of data, manage spreadsheets and charts and have experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced challenging environment. Experience with Gmail is highly beneficial,
