SUMMARY OF POST: To recruit care workers for our growing business and provide administrative support. To work with the care teams to ensure recruitment targets are met allowing for the delivery of the service.
Placing adverts, arranging interviews, following the carer on their journey from the initial phone call all the way through to them working in the community. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring carers are compliant to work in line with CQC regulations. Working closing with the care teams to understand their requirements and recruit suitable workers for the roles.
Experience of customer service. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Very good interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively. * Knowledge of IT systems - Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
