Client Relations Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator will manage partner contracts, provide support on marquee accounts and take on leadership responsibilities for key department functions. The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for research, reporting, execution and fulfillment on behalf of the department and Topgolf partners. Previous agency or property experience is preferred, especially with sports or entertainment sponsorship focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service for assigned partnership accounts
  • Provide consultation to and support Client Relations Managers for marquee partners requiring more complex activation
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Topgolf's Corporate Partnerships business model, as well as the company's overall operational strategy and vision
  • Strengthen and grow positive relationships with your partners by conducting meetings, phone calls, and special events
  • Manage client contracts, budgets and expense reports for each of your assigned accounts
  • Partner with Operations, venues and other departments to plan and execute partner contract activations, including but not limited to, marketing campaigns, digital media, in-venue promotions and events
  • Use independent judgement over business matters related to your assigned accounts and resolve any client issues that may arise
  • Track and analyze client KPI's, deal points, financials, client profiles and client interactions by utilizing CRM software
  • Gather data, evaluate and formulate partner activation plans, media dashboards, and partnership recaps
  • Act as primary contact on behalf of Partnerships for internal departments to deliver on department goals
  • Manage Partner special events, as well as internal events and functions for our department
  • Other duties as assigned by Director


Key Qualifications

To perform the job successfully, you should demonstrate the following competencies:
  • 2-3 years of experience in client relations or similar role
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or related degree from an accredited college or university
  • Customer-service oriented with proven experience building strong client relationships
  • Possess integrity and positive attitude as well as a strong sense of morals and ethics
  • Self-motivated individual with passion for the role and driven for career success
  • Interpersonal skills: works well in a team environment and has the ability to interact with all levels of the organization as well as outside contacts
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with Salesforce / KORE or another CRM tool preferred
  • Planning and organizing, can prioritize many work activities; uses time efficiently
  • Flexibility to adapt to frequently changing work environment, and deliver on challenging demands
  • Delivers work by or ahead of deadline and thrives within a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working at a sports property or agency is preferred
