Customer Training Administrator

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Training Administrator working for a business based in Coalville. The purpose of this role is to provide and deliver efficient and professional support to the technical and training functions.
This is a role which could be full time or part time and is permanent.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organising, coordinating and scheduling training days and other internal/external customer events
Booking of domestic and overseas travel and accommodation for the technical and training department
Manage and maintain CRM system and other records in relation to training activities and approved installer programmes
Produce professional certificates for attendees of training events
Organise internal meetings, prepare itineraries, agendas, minutes and reports for and on behalf of the technical and training department
Provide reception duties
Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails, telephone calls and post
Organising induction modules for new starters
Stock management and ordering of consumables
Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting by providing relevant information to the Head of Department
Providing administration support for the technical and training department
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Able to communicate professionally
Able to undertake small level cost negotiation
Knowledge of budget management
