Deputy Manager - Reading

Main Responsibilities

Are you ready for operational responsibility and to be part one of the largest casual dinning brands?
Acting as the number two for the restaurant, you will be taking the reigns in their absence, running shifts, getting the team all fired up to deliver the most outstanding service in the industry.

This is the fast lane to running an entire restaurant.
We love your ambition to work your way to an RGM role fast. But you're going to have to prove to us just how great your team management skills already are. Full of big ideas, great at turning them into realities and utterly guest focused, you'll be ready to deliver every single time.

Role highlights - just a taste!

*Competitive salary with up to a 50% bonus paid out quarterly
*Become equipped to run the business in the Restaurant General Manager's absence
*Grow with us! With a £60 million investment and over 16,000 restaurants, this is the perfect chance to grow and progress.

We didn't become the world's favourite restaurant brand without tons of commercial savvy. Plus with new concepts added to our menu, you will love the new American dinner concept and the visual aspect of the restaurant.

We train some of the best managers in the restaurant sector - so the training has to be as awesome as we want them to be. Modules like 'Growing Others', 'Bench Planning' and 'Employee Relations' will top-up your already amazing skills. We'll focus on the behaviours you'll need to manage people, keep standards high and deliver great results. And you'll come out the other side as a knowledge-exuding, confidence-inspiring, challenge-smashing leader of the highest order.
