We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to work in JLL's UK Marketing Enablement team.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, the role will be responsible for the development, planning, delivery and measurement of the marketing plan for the Client+ and Cross-Sell / Upsell teams across the UK. This includes a strong focus on integrating these teams into our corporate marketing programme.
The individual will need to work with their manager to define the target audiences for their business lines to achieve our objectives. The individual will need to influence key stakeholders to ensure the right audiences and activities are identified.
What this job involves
Develop and deliver integrated strategic and tactical multi-channel campaigns with particular emphasis on targeted audiences
Develop and deliver activities such as client events and seminars, research reports, website updates, social media content, sales toolkits and internal communications
Roll out relevant UK campaigns, tailoring to the regional market and business line as needed
Gather information on the market, competitors and clients across the relevant sectors and report / advise on the service and marketing implications
Ensure that marketing target lists are managed appropriately and that the data is used effectively for targeting purposes whilst understanding GDPR regulations and providing best practice guidance
Liaise with members of the corporate marketing and PR teams and key business stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the marketing plan
Analysis of return on investment - measure and report on the effectiveness of the marketing activity and adjust plans accordingly
Key relationship building with the Client+ & Cross-Sell teams, which sit in our Business Development department.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
Energetic, creative and experienced marketer with excellent planning and project management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise and execute, recognise key milestones, manage budgets, suppliers and metrics
Good understanding and experience of strategic marketing planning and measurement techniques
Good understanding and experience of managing website content and digital campaigns, developing collateral and planning and managing events
Up-to-date on the latest marketing techniques, channels and activities and prepared to implement these, as appropriate, in their own campaigns
A 'can do' attitude with drive and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once whilst working to tight timeframes and with various teams including business leaders, creative, digital and other marketing colleagues
Ability to influence stakeholders and understand their business needs and balance their sometimes conflicting needs
Enthusiastic team player, contributing to campaigns and initiatives beyond their area, as appropriate
Strong oral and written communication skills with good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience of email marketing/marketing automation platforms
Experience of working within a B2B / professional service sector and in particular the property sector would be a particular advantage
