Customer Service Advisor/ Case Manager- Immediate Start

16K plus monthly bonuses between £100-£1000
Calling, emailing our clients to obtain information and rebook appointments and also potentially liaising with the sales office. A very important role as they are the glue within the case management office which ensures the rest of the case managers can do their jobs effectively. We already have two people in this position.
Mon-Thurs 9-6 Fri 9-2.30
- A very professional person with experience in telesales or telephone customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (communicating effectively with clients is a major part of the job)
- Very good computer skill set.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritise workloads.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and drive change.
- Highly proactive in the approach to new work opportunities.
- Team player and the ability to work to own initiative.
- Be able to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction as well as resolving challenging situations.
