The company is seeking somebody with previous payroll administration experience who will work within a small dedicated team of individuals. The role is suited to someone who is able to work to tight deadlines and is willing to get involved in a wide range of tasks.
Job role:Payroll/General Administrator
Salary:£25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Holiday:20 days' holiday per annum, plus 8 bank holidays
*Processing of payroll in an accurate and efficient manner to ensure that staff are paid correctly and on time
*Chasing up staff members on timesheets to ensure that company procedures are followed
*Managing staff payroll queries
*Processing of customer invoices in an accurate and efficient manner
*General administrative duties
*Occasional credit control duties
*Interacting with customers and responding to enquiries
*Assisting with ad hoc requests from senior management team
*Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication skills
*The ability to multi-task
*IT skills - Microsoft packages
*Sage - This is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
*Flexible attitude and approach to work
