Outbound Customer Administrator

Chelmsford, Essex

6 Month Initial Contract - £8.83 per hour

Our global insurance and pensions client are currently undergoing a recruitment drive to expand upon the current Customer Service department. The Customer Service Administrator will be brought in to provide seamless administration assistance to the team ensuring that all documentation is updated and filed accordingly.

About you:

  • A confident, enthusiastic work manner
  • Basic understanding of insurance industry
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within an administration based role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Duties:

  • Provide assistance to the Customer Service Managers
  • Follow up calls with existing policy holders
  • General administration such as photocopying, scanning and binsding documents
