Purpose of the role
To service and maintain excellent customer relationships. Maximising profitability and retention.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Work closely with a variety of sized businesses from SMB to Enterprise level
* Meeting and exceeding business sales and retention targets
* Working knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Previous Account Management experience
