Contact Centre Team Manager

In this role you will be responsible for a team of up to 15 agents and line managing the day to day activities of the Engineer Support Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience gained within a fast paced, customer focused environment. You will have experience of supporting and coaching a team and be able to give remote support to the engineers.
You will be working with two other Team Managers and report directly to the Service Centre Operations Manager to ensure that they deliver excellence to their customers daily by arriving on time, fixing any faults and fully optimising the customers home broadband set up.
Flexibility will be required due to their operating hours of Monday - Friday 7.00 am to 9.00 pm and Saturday 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.
