Compliance Officer. €55-75k, Dublin City Centre.

Your new role
Your new role as the Compliance officer will see you report directly to the Head Of Compliance. You will be the main point of contact for the compliance queries within the organisation and provide regular reports to the Head of Compliance. You will be assisting in an assessments and reviews of upcoming policy, regulation and legislation change.
You will help develop and Implement Compliance programs and be responsible for the successfully training staff on new policies. You will be managing and maintaining a database of queries,errors, complaints and breaches within the Compliance Function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a number of years experience within a similar role in the Funds industry. Membership of the ACOI is highly desirable and an Industry qualification is essential. You will be coming from a strong academic background and have a good knowledge of the Funds industry in Ireland and Worldwide.
You can demonstrate clear and precise communication skills and have experience dealing with all levels of an organisation up to senior management. Most of all the company require a highly motivated self starter who can help drive the compliance department to the next level.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of between €55,00 - €75,000 DOE. You will receive a generous benefits and further incentives, and can take advantage of both the companies tax saver and bike to work schemes.
