We are seeking to appoint a Lead Business Partner, following the recent restructure of our Finance & Business Intelligence directorate. We are looking for a brilliant individual who can be part of a fast-moving, innovative and ambitious team. We are rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, have delivered on our financial plans in 2017/18 and are playing an integral part in shaping future health service provision countywide alongside partner health and social care organisations. This is a senior leadership role within the Finance & Business Intelligence Directorate. You will be responsible for providing strong, capable professional leadership to your department, directorate and support colleagues across the organisation and the wider health service. You are responsible to act as a role model for leadership, living and promoting the LCHS way. It is an expectation that this role will support and encourage others to reach their full potential by creating an environment of empowerment through adopting a culture of 'freedom coupled with accountability'. The role will be specifically responsible for: Ensuring contract management within the Trust is developed to allow efficient and effective delivery of the Trusts responsibilities * Provide expert leadership within the Trust with regards to technical contracting issues, contract management and negotiation. * Establish effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to maximize effective outputs from Trust contracts. * Work closely with senior managers in the Trust to execute appropriate contracts with relevant commissioning organisations in line with the Trusts strategy with the objective of minimising risk and maximizing income. * Work as the key business support for corporate functions of the Trust.
