Lloyd recruitment services are currently in search of a Senior Sales Executive to join a reputable company based in East Grinstead.

Exciting opportunity to autonomously drive forward sales performance and client relationships.

The purpose of the role is continuously to grow the sales revenue and to exceed sales targets for stand and sponsorship sales from re-bookings, win-backs and new business


  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and
  • existing clients to deliver their long-term business objectives and maximise sales revenue
  • Reporting into the sales manager, you are required to meet and exceed your personal targets by applying a solution led sales approach that results in high value deals


  • Develop, manage and implement a sales plan (with the sales manager) that ensures effective coverage of market sector clients and prospects
  • Introduce new clients to the portfolio
  • Achieve specific show targets
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth within managed market sector
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to grow new and existing business
  • Clearly communicate key deliverables for complex multi-platform sales and ensure effective delivery by working with relevant team members
  • Communicate proactively with the team including management, sales, marketing and operations
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales administration and weekly reporting, keeping effective and up to date records on Salesforce as well as forecasting when required
  • Meet company standards on sales as required from time to time
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager, Sales Director and Portfolio Director to achieve the growth, revenue and operating profits of the brand
  • Development of market sector and product knowledge to required standard
  • Keep up to date with the competition
  • Other projects or tasks as necessary from time to time
