Hays office support are currently working with an excellent organisation who are seeking a customer service advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
The main duties of this role will include:
* Answering calls
* Dealing with enquiries
* Responding to Emails
* Updating customer accounts
* Complaints handling
* Aftercare service
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you must have experience in customer services and administration, be able to work in a team and confident dealing with complaints and issues that may arise, whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary position due to a large increase in orders and customer queries, you will receive a weekly aftercare service and weekly pay. There is free parking available, the working hours are 9.00 - 5.30 Monday - Thursday and 9.00 - 5.00 Friday.
