Within the Aftersales department you are the Market reference point for all After Sales fleet and business enquiries. Purpose of the role: Deployment of a fleet and business program & Agreements with Insurance companies or other partners that can increase the business in network workshop In charge of the program budgeting at Market level Build "loyalty" with fleet and business customers through national agreements Your main responsibilities are: Develop agreements to develop the Workshop Business of our network (With Fleet customers, insurance Companies, Campers partners, …) Market reference point for all After Sales fleet and business enquires : Sales fleet department and Brands, for SMR costs definition and monitoring and for Fleet tenders' management (local tenders definition and local and international tenders lifecycle management, both in the pre-purchase and post-purchase phases) Mopar departments (Technical Service, Customer Care, Field Force, …) Mopar Fleet HQ Deployment of a fleet and business program, so as to enhance the sales of spare parts and services, according to HQ guidelines & Market requirements. Implement tools (customer database in CCDB, reporting tool, …) and services (central billing, telematics, …) developed by HQ Implement the Mopar Fleet Customer Promise and share the Fleet culture throughout the aftersales environment, adapting to local needs and implementing training sessions and communication plan developed by HQ, cooperating with F&B Sales Roll out the Business Centres (dedicated workshops), defining with F&B Sales the Mopar Fleet Dealers' Commitments, conducting network visits with Zones Manager P&S and rewarding the performances in terms of spare parts sell out of these dealers with an incentive scheme In charge of the program budgeting at Market level: Each year build and maintain the Programs' budget and potential investments (with business case). Monthly manage the bonus (costs) forecast and insure the dealers' bonus payment as well as customers'. At market level, be responsible for the target achievement of spare parts sell out, set at the beginning of the year in cooperation with HQ and Finance Department. Build "loyalty" with fleet and business Customers through national agreements Negotiate with the network for the release of the fleet charter (agreeing for fleet and business Customers parts', labour & oil conditions). Visit and collect aftersales needs of the main fleet and business Customers with a parts' purchases potential. Define national agreements in association with the legal department, insuring their roll out Service contracts: Manage the quotation request for fleet customers or prospect Assure that request of new products or quotation for a fleet tender are addressed to HQ on time and with all the mandatory set of information requested by HQ guidelines. Do the follow up to get it on time for the tender Make the proposal to the Fleet Sales department and/or fleet customer / prospect Develop commercial initiatives to customers or prospect in collaboration with Fleet Sales team You had a first successful experience as Sales professional, preferably in the automobile industry. You are an excellent commercial negotiator, you are results driven and you are strong in time management. You must have organizational skills and a strong ability to persuade and you are an excellent communicator. Good knowledge of MS Office and in particular of Excel.
