Engineering Co-ordinator / Administrator

Our well established manufacturing client is looking to recruit an Engineering Co-ordinator to organise the diary, appointments and workload for their site Installations Team and Engineers.
The role will involve organising, planning and scheduling of the workloads, co-ordinating where the site engineers need to be and when. Calling the engineers to monitor timescales for work to be carried out and keeping them fully informed of any site or route planning issues.
You will be the first point of call for the customer queries regarding the install of their products and you will have the confidence and personality to trouble shoot and offer solutions.
The right person will be a self-motivated and a self starter. Knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics, Co-ordinating workloads of others including planning and scheduling of work or diary management would be preferable.
You should possess strong attention to detail, IT and administrative skills and be an excellent communicator as great customer service skills are a must.
