General Overview: To provide confidential support to senior managers/directors, ensuring effective liaison with external and internal customers and to be an integral part of the function/divisional management team


Work closely with other support staff - providing cover and support as required
Develop effective working relationships with appropriate parties
Manage projects as required
Planning co-ordinating project through all stages


Manage the email accounts, diaries and travel arrangements for up to 4 members of the Supply Chain senior management team.
Manage own workload to ensure managers/team requirements can be met
Plans to ensure that team reporting and key information is carefully managed and deadlines are met
Efficient handling of complex travel/hotel arrangements as required
Maintains confidentiality at all times
Qualifications or Required Experience:

Previous experience of secretarial/PA work is desirable but previous administration experience is essential including dealing with internal and external customers.
Experience of working in and influencing cross function teams
PC literate with excellent skills, conversant with MS office applications
Good numeric and verbal skills equivalent of GCSE standard

Please note; if successful you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary ongoing basis with scope for extension. Our client are operating a Hybrid working model, therefore the need to be onsite a number of days a week is essential but there is scope to WFH. You will be expected to undertake a drugs and alcohol test as well as be security checked to BPSS and CTC Level.
