Customer Service Advisor

This role will see you being responsible for answering incoming calls, providing technical support on products, services and billings, logging calls on the central database and assisting with administration.
You will be using your methodical and logical approach and well developed communication skills to resolve customer issues.
Due to the nature of the business the hours for this position are 4 on 4 off Monday - Sunday between 7 - 7, 8 - 8 or 9 - 9 so you must have the flexibility to work these shifts.
