About the Role & Your Responsibilities :
This is an opportunity to join a small not-for-profit healthcare organisation as their sole UX/UI Designer.
You will be the UX/UI design lead and therefore you'll have a high degree of autonomy. You will lead on UX/UI design solutions for the organisation's complex data rich healthcare information products. The products include a public facing website as well as a patient data portal. Therefore your work as UX/UI Designer helps patients and healthcare professionals get easy access to vital healthcare information.
The organisation uses Microsoft technologies for their applications, and the organisation operates in a Windows PC environment.
Salary & Benefits :
* Salary range is £50,000 to £60,000 per annum dependent upon your level of experience as a UX/UI Designer
* The Employer will match your pension contribution up to 8%
* 25 days paid annual leave as well as additional annual leave at Christmas

* Individual training allowance which means that the employer will fund your external training and development courses
Hybrid Working Policy :
At present all employees work in the office a minimum of 1 day a week with the remaining 4 days working remotely, however you can choose a different working pattern if you prefer more days in the office.
The office is in a beautiful quiet street that is just a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube station.
An on-site subsidised cafe offers you everything from a morning coffee to a cooked lunch.
Candidate Criteria - UX/UI Designer :
* Experience of delivering complex user journey projects in an Agile environment.
* Because a wide range of patients access the public facing website experience of delivering design solutions that meet disability and accessibility standards is required.
* Experience of ensuring that security and privacy are considered as part of the solution is necessary because this organisation is handling highly sensitive patient data
* The business works in a Windows environment and therefore it is preferable that you have experience of working with Windows.
The work that the organisation does in terms of collecting, analyzing, and publishing healthcare data leads to improved health outcomes for patients. This means that this is an opportunity to work as a UX/UI Designer on the delivery of design solutions that enables patients and healthcare professionals to navigate complex data heavy healthcare information products
