£31,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience

37.5 Hours Per Week

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Manager to work for a Leading Housing Association based in West London

Key responsibilities
* To lead, support and coach the Customer Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service.
* To identify and deliver service improvements across the organisation.
* To ensure departmental KPI's are achieved
* To manage a team of 7 to 10 Customer Service Agents
* To deliver a solution focused approach

Person Specification
* We are looking for a people focused customer services manager who is able to lead, coach and support a team of Customer Service Advisors
* You must be highly motivated to support and guide the Customer Service Agents.
* Must have 1 - 5 years management experience within financial, retail and commercial settings
