We are delighted to be working alongside a long standing client of ours. Due to growth to recruit a Team Manager within their bubbly and vibrant contact centre based in Ealing, London.
The role of the Team Leader within this organisation will be to motivate, lead, coach and support a team of 6 to 9 agents. As a team leader you must be energetic, forward thinking and confident bring new ideas to the table.
The role will entail but not limited to:
- Monitoring workloads effectively to ensure productivity levels are high
- Conduct regular 1 to 1s and reports on individual and team performance.
- Being at the forefront of any escalations
- Quality monitoring calls

- Management experience in any sector is essential
- At least 1 years' experience in leading a team
