Customer Support Advisor
We are now looking for two customer support consultants to work out of a European head office in Basingstoke as part of a new product support team. This team will be instrumental in the launch of UK based support on this company's software and technical portfolio of service offerings.
If you have a strong background in customer service and a passionate approach to taking ownership of a query or problem from the moment it is raised right through to the delivery of a solution then we are interested to hear from you!
What does the job involve?
Learning all about a technical product and service offering (we don't necessarily need you to be technical)
Building your knowledge of an existing client base and their individual requirements
Managing a work flow of enquiries by telephone and email
Providing an exemplary level of customer service
Building relationships with business Stakeholders
Taking ownership of customer queries from start to finish
Providing expert advice on business solutions
Attending internal meetings
All accompanied administrator
What do we need from you?
An articulate telephone manner
Resilience and determination to take care of an issue
The strength to push back where needed and build internal relationships to get things done
An interest in developing knowledge of a technical service offering
A love for solving problems
Strong written English / Email communication ability
A warm, engaging and charismatic telephone manner
