Immediate opportunities available for Control Systems Engineers ideally with experience of high volume manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device environments, for a well-established systems integrator based in Republic of Ireland.
You will preferably be an expert with Allen Bradley ControlLogix, however should you be more biased towards Siemens S7 we are still keen to talk to you. Ideally you will also have solid SCADA ability with preferred packages being Wonderware System Platform (ArchestrA) or Rockwell FactoryTalkBatch.
With huge investments within Pharmaceutical & Medical industries, this is an excellent time to join a company who are in the heart of these developments. With other projects within Food & Beverage, they have a diverse workload dealing with both new sites alongside upgrade and modification work.
You will be ideally degree qualified within a relevant subject with proven background of concept design and development of Allen Bradley ControlLogix (RSLogix5000) OR Siemens S7 PLC systems. Any ability/experience of laser printer systems, batch control systems, vision systems, robotics, BCR and RFID systems would be highly advantageous.
The successful Control Systems Engineers will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organise, plan and execute multiple tasks to tight schedules. We are seeking highly motivated self-starters with excellent communication skills. Other experience required:
Ability to follow company ISO 9001 standards
Document design, develop, install and test PLC and manage software project information
Develop and manage GAMP documentation e.g. URS, FDS, DDS, FAT, SAT, IOPQ etc
Participate on and lead project teams, provide technical support and make informed decisions on hardware and architecture selection
Prioritise multiple tasks while working to tight schedules
Develop, debug and validate Control System software programs

You can expect a base salary c€30-50k depending on experience along with an excellent benefits package to include Pension, Healthcare, to 10% Bonus, Overtime/TOIL and all Expenses.
