The TULA Beauty Advisor is a field sales position responsible for representing TULA locally and helping to build brand awareness and loyalty as TULA launches in retail nationally! This position will grow in-store sales through brand and product education, customer consultations, and product recommendations. TULA is a fast-growing probiotic skincare company, and we are looking for an experienced sales person who has a passion for skincare, wellness, and providing an amazing retails experience with guests, customers and employees. Ideal candidates are self-starters who have a desire to join a young company on the ground floor and be part of a highly innovative and customer-centric brand. ?
Essential Functions: ??
Ability to build authentic relationships with customers and staff
Achieve sales, event booking, and presale goals
Meet and exceed hourly sales goals determined by AE
Provide education on TULA?s point of difference directly to consumers and retail staff
Demonstrate and recommend TULA products to meet specific customer needs
Execute smart sampling initiatives in store as directed by Account Executive?
Provide AE with daily business information, including but not limited to the following: Sales Actuals, Inventory and Merchandising Concerns, Competitive Insights, etc...?
Support store through staff education, sales training, and promotional activity
Experience selling in Ulta and/or Nordstrom preferred
Availability on weekends and holidays
Must be able to travel within a 50 mile radius
Consistent communicator, Dependability, and willingness to learn
Licensed Estheticians and/ or skincare experience preferred, but not a requirement
Proven track record of exceeding sales
Passion for skincare, health & wellness
Customer Service oriented
Passion for the customer and for driving Field Sales
