HR Change Partner

A British strategic outsourcing and energy services company is looking for a HR Change Partner to come and join their team where you will be able to play an instrumental part across the business.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing end to end TUPE, mobilisation and de-mobilisation processes across the business. You will be required to manage large scale, complex change management projects including changing terms of conditions, redundancies and business transformations. You will help to coach and support line managers on various HR related issues in addition to managing complex, high risk employee relations where you will gain excellent HR exposure.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will have a strong generalist HR background with experience in managing complex TUPE transfers, have worked on various change management projects throughout your career in addition to being able to demonstrate the ability to manage employee relations. You must have excellent employment legislation knowledge and be confident when liaising with senior stakeholders across the business.
