Administror and Internal sales support executive.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator & Internal sales support executive with a leading company within the healthcare and life sciences environment.
You will have worked within an engineering and/or contracting environment for at least a year, experience of working within the healthcare and life science environments would be an advantage.
In this role you will be accurately monitoring online procurement portals and unearth new opportunities, register the companies interest, complete PQQ's (Pre-Qualification questionnaires) to keep MAR's profile and search criteria up to date.
To assist the Estimator with pricing design and build and/or turnkey healthcare projects at enquiry stage, to assist in the procurement of materials, equipment and sub-contractors at project execution stage.
To assist Contract sales and FM (Facilities maintenance) sales with progressing enquiries, providing supporting information and e-mail / telemarketing campaigns.
* You Must have a very good understanding of English both written and spoken.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Work, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
* You must be well organsied and be able to organise
* You will be a very accurate person
* You will be a good communicator, diligent and enthusiastic.
