Part Time Administrator and Accounts Assistant

We are recruiting for a part time administrator to join a company based in the Marchwood area of Southampton.
What you will do:
- Telephone and reception duties
- Sales Order Processing
- Customer liaison
- Sales & Purchase ledger
- Credit control
- Generation and analysis of KPIs
- Upkeep of MRP (manufacturing software) and databases
- Assisting with inventory control
- PA duties to Operations Manager and Managing Director
- You will have good administrative experience
- You will have excellent communication and IT skills
- If you have some accounts experience it would be a distinct advantage
- Flexible working hours approx. 25 hours per week
- Free on site parking
- Genuine opportunity of a permanent position.
