£22,000 - £25,000 plus bonus
This is an exciting role to join a company at the time of growth and support them in this brand-new Account Management role. Salary offered is dependent on experience.
My client is looking for a bright Account Manager to support new products that are being launched due to business growth. This is a new role, within an ambitious team and would be perfect for someone looking to progress their career.
Responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Communicating progress of initiatives
* Collaborating with internal teams
* Proven experience in an Account Management role
* Experience in dealing with multiple customer accounts
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Very positive attitude
* Confident in using Microsoft and databases
* Common sense
