Job Title: Customer Service Advisor.
Pay Rate: £8.50 an hour.
Type: Temp-Perm, Full Time.
Acorn Recruitment are seeking a confident and professional individual to become the main point of contact for customers for our client based in Bideford. The role will entail receiving mainly inbound calls from customers, to resolve their query or problem regarding company products.
· First point of contact for all customer enquiries and queries.
· Reception duties.
· Answering the phone.
· Resolve any queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Remain polite and compassionate at all times.
· Administration duties.
· Logging information on the CRM.
· Liaising with production regarding product issues or queries.
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Excellent customer service.
· Strong administration skills.
· Computer literate.
· Polite and patient.
· Good at problem solving.
Hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday, and 8.30am-2pm Friday. This is initially a temporary vacancy with a view to go permanent after a successful 3 month trial period.
