I am recruiting for a distribution company based in Dublin 24 looking to hire an administrator/receptionist. The role is full time permanent with hours Monday to Thursday 9 - 5.30pm and 5pm on a Friday.

The role involves:

Answering Telephones

Responding to and sending emails

Processing sales orders

Generating reports

Adhoc administrative duties.

The role will be starting on 2nd January however this is flexible for candidates who have a notice period in their current role. Salary is dependent on experience.

We are looking for someone ideally who has used SAP for processing orders however this is not essential. You must have at least 3-4 years experience in a similar role, be able to multitask and organise your day efficiently.
