Our client, an innovative manufacturing specialist are looking for an individual to join their admin department in Halesworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic admin or customer service experience who is looking to progress within the admin department, supporting the account managers with their projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are met on time whilst ensuring they are ordering the correct components to meet the company's need
- Inputting data into the systems and maintain documents to keep admin work up to date
- Support Account Managers to ensure company growth and client development
The ideal candidate will have great written communication skills alongside a confident telephone manner, someone who can work well in a fast paced environment and works well under pressure. You will need to have experience using Microsoft packages, good organisation and problem solving skills.
