My client is looking for someone to work within their design department as a customer service rep. So if you have small experience in design that would be advantageous. Please note you will not be doing any new design work but checking work.
Sending out proofs, make amends, complete print check,
Chase up jobs approaching deadlines
recall old jobs from the achieve upon request from Client.
Researching and purchasing images from the online image library for bespoke requests
Speaking with the client to ensure that everything is to there liking.
Strong communication skills required
