Selective Recruitment have registered fantastic opportunity for a Call Centre Manager to join their reputable client based in Thame on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to grow and develop a well-established team.
Job role: Call Centre Manager
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with flexibility to work 8am-6pm
Key Responsibilities of Call Centre Manager:
•Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Contact Execs
•You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the team's performance, you will also be implementing change to ensure the very best performance is being made by the team
•Identifying skills gaps for individuals and the team, you will take the required action to ensure all team members are coached and trained to enable delivery against targets.
•You will be expected to motivate a team in a very busy and fast-paced environment, encouraging growth and developing a positive, forward-thinking and flexible culture.
•Continually review client product, services and processes, challenge the status quo and develop efficiencies in team processes.
Candidate specification of Call Centre Manager:
•Experience working within a Call Centre Manager position before
•Confident in ability to coach and develop a team
