Working closely with the Customer Service/Internal Sales team, you will play a key part in managing bespoke customer enquiries and orders through the factory and liaising with colleagues in Design, Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing.
The Project Co-Ordinator will create BOM's, set up orders on the system, order materials and raise works orders and work closely with manufacturing to ensure that orders are completed within strict cost and time parameters.You will liaise closely with Design and Estimating too at enquiry stage and through production to ensure that margins are protected.
You should already have experience in a technical administration environment, including experience around Bill of Materials. Additionally you will have good communication and IT skills and be highly customer focused
