Our international customer is a leading name in IT distribution!? They link technology vendors to their distribution partners who resell software and solutions to business and other customers. I'm looking for a Business Development Manager to drive profitable market share growth for Security Solutions and Services through developing new market share, customer relation management, business plans creation and execution. This job is a constant challenge and requires a number of skills: Understand Vendor strategy & goals, good business sense and financial planning, marketing skills, strategy development and implementation? In this role, you will provide product management & sales engagement to resellers. You will be key in developing aligned strategies for the benefit of my customer. It's crucial in this dynamic opportunity that you also will participate in the execution of sales and marketing plans. Identify and establish new customer accounts (e.g., call dormant accounts, cold call, obtain leads from vendors) Maintain and grow business with existing accounts /? Identify cross selling opportunities Consult with customers in selling and supporting? products and services Provide product presentations and sales training for assigned accounts Prepare partner plans and execute directly Monitor performance of the account and identify areas of opportunity Gain general understanding of customer business and strategic plans Develop relationships with Vendor Account Management Teams Keep customers up-to-date with product-related information / Coordinate with training, marketing, business development, and product management to effectively support the customer Establish productive vendor relations to ensure quality of service to customers Provide & manage forecasts into Product Manager Support internal sales in managing account administration Minimum 1 year of experience in? sales of software products and IT related (CLOUD)-services. Ideally, you will understand vendor strategy & goals within the UC / AV or Cyber Security arena. Experience in marketing will be a big plus! Fluent Dutch and English is a must (French is a plus) Excellent communication skills! Result-oriented and self-organized person. Ability to work independently. Business skills & commercial judgement (determining which are the critical issues) Understand financial impacts on revenues and Gross Profit objectives regarding special pricing, customer rebates etc. Strong business acumen! Understand the business direction; identify strengths, weaknesses and possible threats!
