For our process analytical technologies, we are looking for an Application Specialist (m/f/d) homebased, preferable in Germany. In this role you will advise our customers to drive the implementation of our PAT products (e. g. Viamass , Trace , Raman Spectroscopy, SCADA Software) and you will be the technical expert a trainer for our Application Specialists. Your tasks Be an advanced expert for Umetrics Chemometrics software and MFCS scada systems including the New Automation Platform
Mentor, train and advise Application Specialists and In-House Application Specialists in the regions on technical and regulatory aspects
Collaboration with RaD in the product approval process.
Analyze customer needs, assess field problems, develop solutions and present our product portfolio to meet the needs of the customer together with Field Application Specialist and Sales.
Drive introduction of new technologies and products in the market jointly with Sales, PM and RaD.
Your profile Successfully completed academic education in automation, software engineering, bioprocess engineering or similar
First working experience with Chemometrics software solutions
Good understanding of pharmaceutical processes and applications
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German skills are beneficial
Hands on experience with spectroscopy solutions desirable
Excellent communication skills and a team player who is highly customer-oriented
Proven analytical skills and structured way of working
Willingness to travel within Europe (-30% travel amount)
