We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team on a part time basis. You will be based at our East Garston office, working 16 hours a week, across a 4 day period.

The role

We are now seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will assist with candidate and client admin support. This includes responding to candidate applications and organising candidate interview invites. You will produce candidate information packs that form the backbone of our SmithCarey interview process and develop interview schedules for clients. You will input and maintain information on our SmithCarey database.

As well as supporting the Recruitment Director, you will also be responsible for finance admin. This includes preparing and monitoring key performance information, liaising with clients' finance departments to determine payment schedules and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

About you

You may be an Administrator / Coordinator, looking for a more flexible working pattern. You may be looking to return to work on a part-time basis and are now seeking a fulfilling next role. If so, we would like to hear from you. You are customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills. You have a strong attention to detail, are able to multi-task and possess good organisational skills. You have an approachable and friendly attitude, an ability to work unsupervised and have a good telephone manner to be able to deal with clients, candidates and suppliers. You must be IT-trained, confident and proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the internet. You are a team player and work well as part of a friendly and professional team.
