Our community model is a new way of working that will offer individual disabled people easy access to a range of support in their local area. This will help us to reach more people living with disability and support them to do more within the community.

About the Role

It's an exciting time for Leonard Cheshire, with a new strategy, renewed purpose and ambitious goals, you will be part of our community partnerships team and be assisting the Head of Community Partnerships to provide overall coordination and support for our Community Engagement Managers and community locations across the UK.

The role is varied, and you will have a pro-active attitude supporting in the collection and updating the overall development of the community model across the UK. Collecting data to measure progress and identifying opportunities, risks and mitigating actions.

Working effectively with wider programme delivery teams to ensure the roll out of projects or programmes supports the development of the community model and aligns with the outcomes of our research.

Demonstrating excellent research skills and attention to detail. You will research locations around the UK, to inform the development of new community locations. Collect information from a variety of internal and external sources, analysing data to come to robust conclusions and support evidenced based decision making.
